This command initiates the Open dialog box to open (view) an existing icon file (*.ico) or open
from EXE and DLL. In the FIS some icon files can be open at one time.
To open a file using the Open command:
- Choose File > Open.
- Select the file name you want to open. If the file does not appear, select the option for showing all files from the
Files of Type pop-up menu.
- Click Open.
Also, you can open files using the Hotkey CTRL + O.
