Load Image/Photo,

Press the "Video" button from Image Improvements menu and tune parameters (Staggered, Large staggered, Striped, Wide-Striped, Long-staggered, 3x3, Large 3x3, Hex, Dots) and use options (Additive, Rotated),

Choose a pattern and press "ok" to apply the effect to image. Preview function is active when you choose a pattern from list.
