• "Insert Effect" adds effect to list.

• "Edit Effect" allows to edit effect's options.

• "Move Up" button moves effect up in list.

• "Move Down" button moves effect down in list.

• "Remove" button removes effect from list.

• "Remove All" button removes all effects from the list.
