Use "Neon Effect" to add neon light to image or photo. Neon is an effective way in which to draw attention to banners or signs on the street, and now you can apply it to any image you want.

To apply effect:
Load Image/Photo,
Press the "Insert Effect" button and select Neon effect from list,
Click on the effect and press "Edit Effect" button,
You'll see window, where you can set wished runner position,
Move the runner to the desired position, and use also preview function.
