You can change one color to another with option "Replace Color".

To replace, for example, red color to green color at the picture:

Select red color from color table and associate it with left mouse button > Select green color and associate it with right mouse button > Go to menu Effects > Replace Color.

It is important that color which associated with right mouse button will dominate. You can see it at the picture:
