"Cartoon Effect" allows make image or photo cartooned animated. All colors become softer and more contoured. The more times you press at the Cartoon menu - the more strong effect will be applied as you can see below.

To apply cartoon effect:

1. Load image/photo,

2. Press the "Insert Effect" button and select cartoon effect from list,

3. Click on the effect.
