Use "Motion Blur" to add image/photo the desired view in accordance with the effect's opportunities.

Blur Outward allows zoom out the Motion Blur effect.

Load Image/Photo,
Press the "Motion Blur" button from Image Improvements menu and tune parameters as you like.
Choose a pattern and press "ok" to apply the effect to image. Preview function is very comfortable to preview the result.
