This command initiates the Open dialog box to open (view) an existing icon file (*.ico) or open from EXE and DLL. In the FIS some icon files can be open at one time.

To open a file using the Open command:

1. Choose File > Open.
2. Select the file name you want to open. If the file does not appear, select the option for showing all files from the Files of Type pop-up menu.
3. Click Open

Also, you can open files using the Hotkey CTRL + O.
