Use "Neon Effect" to add neon light to image or photo. Neon is an effective way, in which to draw attention to banners or signs on the street, and now you can apply it to any image you want.
Load Image/Photo,
Press the "Neon" button and tune parameters (Radius, amount),
You'll see window, where you can set wished runner position,
Move the runner to the desired position, and use also preview function.
