There are Pop-up menus which are calls by right mouse button clicking at apropriate inscription.

Right mouse clicking on molecule calls menu where you can:

• - moves atom along the workspace,
• - scale changing. You can set the scale you need,
• - hides the selected atom. To unhide it press on "Unhide" button,
• - freezes molecule and makes it motionless,
• - switches on atom`s properties.
