The general procedure of configuring Falco Registry Doctor is described here.

Three settings are available:

1. "Start With Windows"
   Choose this option if you want to start  Falco Registry Doctor directly after your Windows system boots up.

2. "Run Scan at Startup"
   Choose this option if you want to start  scanning process with modules selected by default  directly after Falco Registry Doctor starts.

3. "Start Minimized in Tray"
   Choose this option to launch Falco Registry Doctor  to run in the background.

4. Click on this button to select all options.

5. Click on this button to unselect all options.
